Is this not standard Chinese building practices? I saw a docu on this when building infrastructure for the silk road projects. It is not OK in any way, and should be stopped, but should also be expected.
People ask “How can Chinese cars be so cheap?”.

Or just not in the market for a new car and never see it brought up in these discussions. No need to be a dick about it.
Even if it is standard practice in China, it isn’t in Brazil. China needs to learn that their laws are not global laws.
