Even in MA, it is not heavily enforced, I see people driving with a phone every other day.
That is out of date. Someone should look up the law in Iowa that just went into effect and update it. I’m too lazy to look up the required details.
Now they should work on literacy.
These bans are worthless unless you actually enforce them.
