signal already has video calls??
I noticed that the video quality is so bad with signal, it looks like 144p
If you have a slow connection or if you have the relay calls setting on, that could be the cause. As long as I’m at home my video calls come through fine.
If only we had an app to do that.

The main problem with RCS is it violates the principle of separation of physical device identifier from the network ID, recorded in RFC 791 in 1981.
RCS is over forty years behind.

Surely you would value the convince of like, texting your significant other who is at the grocery store or farmers market the last minute ingredient for your dinner plans that night though right? Like, you wouldnt want them to get home and then you have to go back out, then dinner is delayed an hour. ugh, annoying.

Oh man! Another useless feature I cannot use because none of my phones have Google services or Google Messages ™. I’m so glad to be living in a world where I cannot use RCS and that in the future carriers may be kicking me off their networks for using alternatives and SMS and MMS. Man I’m so glad that Google bought Jibe just to have it be turned into a tool for furthering their monopoly with a standard that isn’t even open to begin with!! <3
