“Don’t break the law while you breaking the law.”

No criminal leader, would openly write and take credit in a book that he off anyone that he actually offed. Him writing that is literally an admission (IMO) that he didn’t act alone, aka he was a collaborator with the feds. And need I remind people that book deals is how people get paid?

And if he was a real criminal, and came out as having collaborated, he wouldn’t live long.

Guy is retiring. Getting that isolated cell, West Palm Beach, highly publicized, exit stage left.

Did he really do it tho? Feel like the cops were to willing to jump on the band wagon.

are you kidding? he told the cops 18 years ago (on tape) that he did it, and later he wrote a book about how he did it. to me it doesn’t really feel like the cops and prosecutors were particularly over-eager to do anything here.

As I understand it it was a proffer, meaning they granted him immunity for anything he said during the interrogation.

Much later he said some of that shit in interviews and books, which he certainly did not enjoy legal immunity, so they could now go after him.

        Basically he self snitched.

So because it was in a book they could finally go after him? Is the book what triggered the court proceedings?

Hate it when they make examples of people who hurt the rich or famous… Reminds me of the guy who “killed” Mac Miller.

Tupac was someone who grew up dirt poor, in an incredibly poor and dangerous area, and made his money from being talented and hard working.

People like him are not the enemy.

Make examples of by… checks notes failing to prosecute anyone for three decades?

This is who Tupac was, btw; not your typical “rich and famous” person. I don’t think there has been a more political rapper with as much mainstream success.

Also fyi the guy who was just convicted of the murder told police (on tape, in 2008!) that he was offered $1M by Sean “Diddy” Combs to do it.
