not small like the internal one, but there’s some plug-in speaker on AliExpress, for instance https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004533202642.html or https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003875303429.html exists in 3.5MM or USB-C.
Or you buy a replacement speaker and solder a 3.5mm audio jack on it, but I don’t know if the headphone jack has enough power to power an external speaker
