    Did Harvard choose “Texas Federal Court” because Samsung is building a fab there? Or is this one of those American judicial corruption schemes?

      Harvard was able to sue in Texas’s “rocket docket” district because Samsung has a significant presence in Texas, including a chip fab.

      But to answer your second question, yes… it chose to sue in Texas due to the blatant bias and corruption in that district.
