USA is a rogue nation, and is not to be trusted by anyone. Not to keep agreements, and not even to stay within clearly defined international laws. And not even by allies.USA needs to be sanctioned for their war crimes, and for undermining global environmental efforts, and for breaking long standing international and bilateral agreements.
I have no sympathy for Maduro, but this action by USA is clearly illegal, and yet another example of the deep disrespect USA has towards the sovereignty of other nations.
