    I’m no vegan or vegetarian, but I’ve been eating way less meat and more veggies lately since I found a really delicious veggie stew recipe. I’ve made it weekly for meal prep almost 4 weeks in a row now. There are many days recently where I go without eating meat at all. I just got some blood work back from my yearly physical and I had too much protein in my blood.

    I actually get more protein from the veggie stew than I was getting with my old diet.
