You can build an RSS scraper that posts news from multiple sources to Lemmy. RSS is very well documented and you can use pythorhead to interact with Lemmy.
Alternately, you can scrape data from a currency exchange site and live display their data on your GUI. Trying to scrape sites teaches you a lot of things about how to approach it. You can make use of beautifulsoup library to sort out from the whole site.
You can get game specific emoticons/profile customizations that you can use in your Steam chats, or your profile.
If you like the customizibility on your profile, it’s very useful. If not, not really.
I’ve always wondered, what happens if a country goes down and a new country forms under the same territory by people living there? Does the debts vanish?
Have you contacted your bank? If your card used to work and the fact that it doesnt work on G2A neither, the problem’s highly likely caused by your bank.
There is a weird treatment done by some anti cheats where they allow SteamOS but not other Linux distros. Most prominent of those I know is ACE.
Also back when I tested it, no Proton version did the trick. Recent protondb reports suggest the same.
Wait, why did they remove Spy x Family? They pretty much only relink what the official publisher Shueisha’s titles that are free on the site at that time. Not repost mind you, linking to the official source itself.
Edit: official publisher uploads aren’t removed, gave me a scare there.
Not gonna lie, a pure engineering contest without the restrictions feel like a very cool idea. See what the true limits car engineers can achieve in a race if they didn’t even need to consider driver safety. There exists a lot of restrictions on racing leagues for driver safety, as it should. But without drivers, you can pretty much throw all of it away.
I’ve always thought gaming piracy is losing out a lot on comfortability (like how movie pirates has sonarr, music pirates have lidarr), but this is also very cool.
I wonder if I will stay on sway after cosmic releases
Legally it is. On their piracy audits Microsoft only counts the amount of licenses bought and the amount of computers using Windows. They do not care about how it is activated per each computer. They even offer big companies a way to host their own key management system to keep track of licenses they need to buy easier internally.
As a Tatar whose grandparents were driven away from Crimea in ethnic cleansing conditions by Russia; I wouldnt want Russia to control there.
but again maybe i have a bit of personal bias idk
Unrelated community, and downloading emulators from anywhere except where the developer intended to publish it is sketchy.
Pop OS. Don’t use much of its custom features since I have installed sway on top of it and did some custom edits, was thinking of switching to another distro but they announced COSMIC, which looks very cool. Why not stick with the distro that could have the best experience with it?
Want to be exempt from tariffs? Don’t worry, Troll Physics has got your back.
Step 1: put a small sized SOC to the biggest pc case you can find
Step 2: fill the rest of the case with your preferred good to exempt from tariffs.
Step 3: declare your import/export as a computer
IRS will be mad, Trump will be jelly. Problem?
For that price you could easily get citizenship in 10 different countries AND secure estate to live in each of them.
If I was a millionaire, I’d rather go this option.
Living your life as a journalist in Sweden for all these years without any crime history at all; but getting hit via terror charges while visiting Turkey. Try trialing this at any country with proper justice and the case would be dismissed immediately.
I remember, TPP had to implement democracy to beat it. 30k people entering inputs and all it took was one player to press down and we go back again
I’ve been attending these protests, the police is going aggressive at certain places, still me and a lot of people are not backing down. In Imamoglu’s words, “Either we all win, or none of us does”
