That said, this does look like a great QoL for surgery, theres people with personal portable ultrasound probes in the same price bracket (a much more questionable choice tbh, bringing in personal diagnostic equipment is asking for trouble), can totally see a surgeon buying this for personal use.
And even purchasing for each surgeon is really not a big problem, you have disposable items that cost more sometimes.
You could simply have an OR account, could preload all scheduled notes and bobs your uncle, its also viable as a personal purchase.
Moondrop has a lot of sellers. I bought one of their entry IEMs with free shipping, came pretty fast despite being a very hot new release. That said i can’t tell you from which retailer anymore (maybe even moondrop themselves?)(actually, i dont think you can buy from them, think i bought from shenzhenaudio), they are collecting dust somewhere (I just can’t get on board with the form factor, over-ear/on-ear all day, everyday).
Fair enough, very valid points, especially since this is unlikely to be (completely) a rebranded generic aliexpress phone. And to be fair some digital audio players cost an insane buck (see FiiO M series), so if this is kind of a middle ground, the price could be steep.
And to be fair they did put out an astronomically proced keyboard with a dac inside that had PCB drift issues.
Moondrop generally is great value and fairly affordable as well as having some of the more famous audiophile IEMs.

Our childrens hospital (besides the ICU that uses a phillips solution on windows, which integrates with the monitoring and anesthesia equipment) runs linux, however they do this in a virtual environment on windows, the reasoning I am not sure about, potentially to sandbox the electronic system they are using.
Its almost exclusively to do with the software they need, it often wont run on linux or will have limited support.
I will soon have to confront the brain tumor that I surely have, which makes me play League, as they are going to roll out Vanguard anticheat. I sorely wish there was an alternative with similar vibes, DotA is too sweaty for me and not as fun mechanically.
So just run archinstall Personally as a relative newbie I found arch a lot easier to deal with than fedora and ubuntu, both of which have had me in dependency hell on previous attempts to switch to linux. Not only that but I have a much better idea of what makes up my system.

Theres no real reason to manually install arch anymore though, archinstall script is easy, and works well. Yea you don’t get a fancy GUI, but there are plenty of options to choose at install time.
