Not a popular idea but I’ve been using chrome os flex and it has been awesome.
If you clone them, you’ll lose their functions.
More open and honest and fight for privacy. Also their devtools are top notch.
For anyone interested, Google the app called WindHawk. It makes it extremely possible to push the taskbar up.
