That money is to facilitate israel’s lobbying of individual ministers and garner support for the zionist killers…to ‘explain’, which is the closest english translation to ‘hasbara’.

The ‘democratic’ world actually support this genocide, not fail to believe israel will carry it out…just so the west keep a toe hold in the Middle East. It’s despicable. All our governments are totally complicit in this horrendous crime.
