Just picked it up for Steam Deck a few days ago, actually. It works great running natively, but I haven’t run the Windows version.
I don’t see a reason to re-buy it unless you’re having Proton issues with the one that you already have.

Balatro, of course.
Also doing another playthrough of Disco Elysium with a shivers/half-light build.
A friend got me into Barony, and it has become an obsession.
You can’t transfer games from the deck, unfortunately.
At least not last time I tried.
Duck Game is the best 2D arena brawler ever made. It’s deeper than it first appears.
Peglin and Dome Keeper are pretty great.
Also Rogue Legacy 2 if that’s your kind of thing.
Very interesting! I’ve been using the Steam input configurator since I got my Steam controller, and I’ve not seen anything like this before.
Also, just want to add that Moonring is so much fun! It’s like someone took the Fromsoft design principles and applied them to antique cRPGs.
Yeah, they stopped producing them due to the patent trolls. They ultimately won the case though, which is why the deck has back buttons.
It was killed by patent trolls because of those back paddles. I’m still kicking myself for not grabbing some when they were clearance for $5.
I’m glad I picked one up when they first came out though.
You might enjoy the Super Mega Baseball series. Worth a look, anyway.
I first played on kb/m, and was skeptical about using a controller. It works great though.
Wish they added more details; this could be big or not much at all.
