I would imagine most people who aren’t using chrome are doing so for privacy reasons.

One of the less polished parts of the browser.
Probably because most people using Firefox disable browsing history.
Why not just make solar roofs over things like parking lots and sidewalks? That way it can provide cover and power, you can use off the shelf panels, and they are unlikely to get damaged.
There’s no way I would ever get in one of these death traps. If something goes wrong, they can’t glide and they can’t autorotate.
SponsorBlock takes care of the sponsored segments in youtube videos. There are addons for blocking sponsored search results on amazon too.
You can do almost anything with a website that you could do with an app. The only reason they are pushing the apps so hard is because they can collect a lot more data than a website can.
Almost every Lemmy instance blocked threads.
Why would anyone even want to use uBlock Origin Lite on Firefox? It’s a stripped down version designed to work with the limitations of manifest V3 in chrome.
Biometrics plus a password is even more secure.
The Starlink probably only works once the drone enters Ukraine. Disabling Starlink in that area would cut off the Ukrainian military too. The internet traffic could easily be routed through a VPN in another country, so blocking Russian IP addresses on Starlink wouldn’t work either.
They are most likely stolen or imported through a third party.
Helium doesn’t just kill apple devices, It kills anything with a MEMS oscillator. Helium atoms are so small that it’s impossible to make a seal that completely blocks them.
This is why you never reuse passwords. Usually there’s no way to tell if a site is storing them in plain text until there’s a data breach.
When I print something, I certainly don’t want AI messing with it. I often use a printed copy to make sure something will fit before I 3D print it or have a PCB made. I need it to print exactly at 100% scale.
I would love to have the page cleanup feature built into my web browser though. Hardly any sites include a print layout anymore.
That would likely get the user and the torrent client banned from the private tracker.
There are some large computer monitors, depending on how big of a screen you want. There’s no smart crap in those, just DisplayPort and HDMI inputs.
By any length I meant no maximum length. Obviously you don’t want to use a super short password.
Any password length (within reason) and any character should be allowed. It’s going to be hashed and only the hash will be stored right? Length and character limits make me suspect it’s being stored in plain text.
If that’s the case, it’s probably not even a 5A cable. It will be the cheapest cable China can produce.
I can’t stand the screeching of a dot matrix printer. The correct way to print the news is with a teletype.
