Sometimes quora looks better.
I’m using arch Linux. But for the most part I don’t think it really matters.
Flatpack Teams, and web version the rest of the M$ software.
It works well enough. Though web versions of M$ software is weirdly limited for reasons I can only understand as arbitration.
For instance very large excel files don’t load in web excel, and iirc you cannot insert formulas in web word.
What I like more is that it looks like only half the win10 users are switching to win11
Edit: -1% win10, +0.5% win11
The instant I’m out of school im deleting my windows install. I also have the sleep mode being useless because windows just wakes up sporadically.
Apple is highly restrictive on their OS and over priced. They are extremely pro consumerism with heavy marketing and engineered obsolescence to ensure you are always pressured to buy their new tech, and they are historically very strongly anti-right-to-repair.
Microsoft is bad. But at least they are primarily a software monopoly.

So far I’ve determined I’m definitely not connected to internet.
Unfortunately i cannot seem to connect.
I’ve tried iwctl, and also nmtui.
I dont know if I’m describing this right but both connect without error for a bit. But the second I go to use the WiFi it disconnects.
Edit: rebooting after connecting seems to have solved it.
Hmm.
I connected to my internet using iwctl.
But yeah the ping returned a failure so I guess I’m not connected.
using
sudo pacman -S <filename>
I get a fatal error from every mirror it attempts to download through.
How do I have root privileges? Do I just use sudo?
What exactly are “all the clones” I know opera gx, and Vivaldi are on this list, but what other ‘clones’ exist?
10 yr olds are really talented these days.
I personally had to give up on mint after like a week. Couldn’t for the life of me get multiple displays working.
I like tagstudio. IIRC its for windows and Linux.
