You might be interested in lawnchair. It’s open source and based off the Google launcher (AFAIK) but you can remove the search bar and other things.

Big fan of the Motorola phones myself (I’m the chief phone buyer in the house) and that one looks like a very similar spec to mine.
Current phone is the OnePlus Nord 2T. Absolutely great phone. I really love the screen as I do watch movies on it.
My only issue is that I’m not sure it’ll ever get Lineage support and I think that might be down to the processor in it.
Are you looking for a new phone yourself?
Current phone was 240 euro. One before that was 460 but I got 5 years out of it. The only real difference I notice is in the screen.
The segfault at the end was perfection.
If I download music in a Starbucks, can they fine the Starbucks CEO then?
This sounds like the kind of grassroots activity I might be interested in.
From what I’ve seen - It’s not paid but folks who bought the game without having to have a PSN account are pissed that they’re going to have all their data shared with Sony when they didn’t agree to it at purchase time.
I would be too.
The last objectively good Microsoft OS that didn’t have any significant user-hostile features was Windows 2000, IMO
Hard agree. Windows 2000 was rock solid, reasonably lightweight and had no shenanigans going on in the background. It’s EOL (edit: actually I think it might have been a specific version of directx only being supported on XP maybe) was one of the things that pushed me to Linux.
That and the native Linux Unreal Tournament 2004.
Wow. That is some read.
edit:I keep thinking my jaw can’t go any closer to the floor but I keep reading and my jaw keeps dropping.
HOLY COW!
From what I read it was one of the contributors. Looks like they have been contributing for some time too before trying to scooch in this back door. Long con.
I will never understand how they became so massive.
Yeah was just about to say the same. I had a OnePlus 5 where the cable wasn’t staying in because pocket lint had built up inside in then gotten compressed by me putting in the charger cable. Thin needle and a torch sorted it right out.
I think you’d have to do it the second shares start trading. Shares have to be available to borrow for shorting and there wouldn’t be any for the public before trading starts.
Oh that’s a good one. It feels like it should be doable and then… BAM
This looks really cool and the intro video is spot on. Definitely going to give this a whirl.
I ended up down a rabbit hole of watching challenges. Some incredible talent out there.
I’d say some of that drop was punters like me who were already gaming on Linux and have just moved over to the deck now.
I have a dock for mine and it’s really the only thing I use for gaming now as my laptop is very old.
If it doesn’t work out or you find yourself tight on space in the future you can always recompress to mp3 or ogg and take the quality hit at that point.
Just switched from Nova to lawnchair about three days ago and I’m very happy with it.
