List the steps to be taken by the people at Mozilla to achieve this. Then think if those can reasonably be accomplished.

One thing they could do right now… right now… is to set up legislation to mandate all government systems to run on Open Source operating systems and software that is owned and controlled by European small to mid size companies. Out right ban the use of US tech in government.
