It wouldn’t be difficult to write this script as a darktable plugin, but I imagine you’d struggle to convince the maintainers to merge code to allow for searching or categorising based on a custom metadata tag.
I’m less familiar with other programs, but I don’t see any of the proprietary options implementing this.
There are multiple historic weather APIs available (example), it should be pretty trivial to write a script to read the location and time from the EXIF data of your images, call the API, and them dump the info into a list or back into the image metadata.

IIRC they changed the way they calculate the scores a few years ago, which generally increased the numbers you saw.
If you’re replacing your phone surely it’s better that it doesn’t come with the charger (from an environmental point of view), since you don’t have to ship it back and they don’t have to ship you a new one. And what does it matter if they’re on different ships? It would still be pretty much the same amount of emissions released, which is probably less than the amount needed to drive it to your house. Adding the extra packaging for two separate items isn’t great though, and I agree that as a customer it isn’t great to get less for the same price.
Comparisons are helpful to find which matches my preferences, and it’s helpful to know which phone will process the images in a way that I can get images I like without doing the processing myself.

Maps sourced from OSM might be more precise for off road stuff in busy locations but in general Google maps will be more precise for city streets if you’re looking for an address.
The quality of OSM data really just depends on how many people are interested in mapping the area. Look at German cities for example and the data is excellent.

I have an a770. The only issue that I’ve had with what little gaming I do, is that CS2 ran pretty terribly, although I tried again last night and it seemed much better.
The freight railroads aren’t good at what they do. It would be much easier to run passenger services (and improve their own operations) if they ran trains that actually fit within their own passing loops, but they desperately want to reduce the number of people they have to pay to run their trains. Both would also benefit from better maintained infrastructure with upgrades such as electrification and more double tracking, but the railroads don’t want to spend any more money than absolutely necessary to keep their (mostly) running.
