Just checking that you know this is the Indian Supreme Court. I’m not saying that you don’t know that, I just know I saw the headline and assumed it was the US Supreme Court.
Oh… I guess I’m guilty of being a typical American just assuming everything online is about us… doesn’t change the fact A Supreme Court is parroting Nazi propaganda.
Further complicating the matter, their Supreme Court also has nine members and determines what is and isn’t constitutional. 🙂

Fun fact, the Brazilian Supreme Federal Court has a TV and YouTube channel where they show the judgements and court sessions live. Meanwhile, the USA’s court bans cameras from the building even in off hours.
I don’t know where in the spectrum the Indian Supreme Court who ruled this in the news stands.
Also, the Brazilian Constitution only protects speech if it’s not anonymous.
Mmm, quick question: Do the people of the supreme court wear pants, and if so, why? Don’t they have nothing to hide?
This is probably the more tame opinions of the Indian supreme court.
